Josh Mackey was a director at TriplePoint Capital and a VP at Silicon Valley Bank. He studied accounting at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Shane is a client-focused professional with over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Before joining Liquidity, he worked with various start-ups, focusing on strategic sales and partnerships with an emphasis on financial growth and operational efficiency. He holds a BA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University.

Before joining Liquidity Jacksir worked as a Sales Development Representative for SigTech, a SaaS platform to help build systematic strategies. His role consisted of building new business. Prior to joining SigTech Jacksir recently graduated college at University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science Marketing.

Yair Sharki is an Investment Manager with a robust background in both military service and finance. He served three years in a Special Yahalom unit before joining Liquidity in 2021. Initially, he managed the construction of Liquidity’s new offices as a project manager. After two years as an analyst, he transitioned to the sales team in early 2024.

Paul has 10+ years of Financial Services experience in Europe, undertaking a variety of roles for global banks from Strategy and Product Management through to Sales. Most recently Head of Sales, Cash & Liquidity Management for MUFG, one of the world’s largest financial institutions, supporting multinational corporates and investment banking clients from across the EMEA region.

Justin was recently at Uncapped (Europe's first revenue-based finance provider) as Head of Investor partnerships, closing global VC-backed deals as well as working on the SaaS lending product. Formerly, Justin led strategic projects for Swoop Funding (one-stop-shop for debt/equity/grants for SMBs), as well as at Blenheim Chalcot (UK-based VC), leading portfolio strategy.

Anthony has over 6 years of experience in M&A, IPO, dividend recapitalisation, buyout, ABL, and general corporate debt financing. Prior to Liquidity, he worked at SVB and HSBC Innovation Banking in their Leverage and Corporate Finance teams. He also holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ricardo brings over 7 years of experience in venture investments. He began his career in launching ventures at Rocket Internet, and prior to joining Liquidity he worked as a VC investor at top-tier funds such as Cavalry Ventures, Nauta Capital, and Cell Capital, backing over 30 companies across diverse industries, stages, and geographies.

Yaron manages Liquidity's Credit Solutions team and previously led its Singapore-based fund, Mars Growth Capital, to be the largest debt fund in SE Asia. Before joining Liquidity, Yaron led cross-border M&A & capital fundraising transactions at EY as a Manager, after starting his career as an Auditor for NASDAQ-listed firms. Yaron is a certified public accountant (CPA)

Orel has over 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including business development, finance, and sales in the investment banking and fintech industry. This encompasses managing full sales cycles, deal flow management, and fundraising efforts. Orel holds an MBA specializing in finance from the College of Management.

Navas has been an entrepreneur since his college days and have founded and operated at least 5 different businesses in verticals as diverse as technology, trading, event management, consulting, facility management and F&B. Previously, he has worked with many startups as a fundraising advisor and has served on the board of an Investment firm based out of the UAE.

Or brings over 10 years of finance and business experience in various roles. started his career in EY (Ernst & Young) as a Transaction and Strategy Consultant (CPA) for multinational corporations, focusing on valuation and business modeling, Due Diligence and M&A processes. Or then moved onto the tech sector at Amdocs, taking a role as a senior financial analyst and associate at the M&A team, leading a couple of successful acquisitions, before founding Bridgeland Advisors, a valuation and strategic advisory boutique firm. Or holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Accounting and Finance (CPA) from the University of Haifa.
